Company Policy

• We only ship to your billing address if the order is over $100. This is to prevent fraudulent orders. Due to the nature of online transactions, it is not possible for us to perform face to face verification of the information provided. If shipping address is different from billing address for order over $100, however, your order could be delayed due to verification in following procedures:
  1. Please provide your Primary Billing Phone Number in the Phone Number field of the order form. This must be the same number as listed with your credit card issuer.
  2. Contact your credit card company and have your shipping address added as an authorized alternate ship to address on their records so we can call and verify this information.
• To maximize online shopping security, we request customer to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form when order is over $500. We process the order once the form is completed, signed by customer and faxed back to us.
• Published prices, specifications, services and policies are subject to change without prior notice. CCTV-Depot is not responsible for manufacturer price changes and typographical errors.
• For Canada or other international orders, customers should be responsible for any customs duties incurred which will be collected by UPS (not including shipping charge).
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept international credit cards. Only major credit cards issued in the United States or Canada are accepted. All fraudulent credit card transactions are tracked electronically through multiple channels and directly reported to law enforcement agencies.
• All prices are valid for online order only.

Shipping Information

• For standard ground service, we ship by UPS or USPS (with tracking information) in CCTV-Depot's discretion.
• Customers from Canada, AK, HI, & PR will incur a higher shipping charge.
• Customer will be charged $10 for address correction if wrong/insufficient shipping address is provided. If re-shipment is necessary, customer is responsible for re-shipment postage, another attempt to deliver the package will be made once we have secured the correct address.
• UPS / USPS usually takes 2-7 business days to deliver depends on location (except under special circumstances such as unpredicted weather condition, natural disaster, act of terrorism or warfare).
• Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.

About Free Shipping

• CCTV-Depot.com offers free UPS Ground shipping on eligible items. Eligible items are those that have this little truck icon next to them.
• If your order contains both "eligible" and "non-eligible" items, shipping will be charged for "non-eligible" item(s).
• CCTV-Depot.com reserves the rights to change or terminate the Free Ground Shipping promotion at any time without any notice.
• Free Ground Shipping on eligible items applies to USA 48 States only, exclude HI, AK, VI, Guam, PR, APO & FPO.

Order Canceling or Address Errors

• To cancel your order, please contact us by PHONE before 10:00amPST at 626-480-1868 Option 1. We DO NOT cancel orders via email due to potential of miscommunication. Please Note: After your order has been placed, you may cancel your order as long as your order has not been processed (charged).
• You may cancel items from your order that are currently in backorder status.
• Items that have already entered the shipping process cannot be cancelled.
• For any refused package or any returns to CCTV-Depot.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card less shipping charge.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from government dept. or school districts. All prices reflects online discount prices may vary for purchase orders.
